I had a great experience. The guys that worked on my basement were timely, professional, and helpful when I had questions. They were accommodating in that they left behind dehumidifiers and air purifiers long after the job was done to assure that the problems had gone away. I recommend these guys to anyone. Additionally, they worked really hard and long hours as my basement needed the attention. They worked for two days and long hours! All because the job needed to be done. these guys were great, they had to remove mold from my home. I called and Anthony came to my home give me an estimate talked to me for an hour and explained everything step by step, this was great because i knew nothing about this type of work. The work was done as they said it would be, they stayed in touch with me thru the entire process. If you need a remediation company this is the one to call. I can't say enough good things about this company. I used Category 3 for remediation of a mold condition that had spread throughout an entire house. The owner, Dominick, and his team came in and did a thorough and professional clean up job for a great price. I'm not one who typically leaves reviews for companies that do a good job, but time after time during the clean up process Dominick and his team went above and beyond and I would highly recommend Category 3 to anyone in need of professional clean up job. I am writing this letter to commend on services I received from Category 3 LLC.   I was  recently  told I  had mold in a second  house I own, right  in the middle of trying to sell it.
I actually live 2 hours away  and didn't have a car , money or time to personally attend to all aspects of testing remediation and reconstruction. I felt very upset and lost. The very first time I spoke with Dominick he was calm, reassuring and knowledgeable. it was always a pleasant experience since then : he answers calls in a timely manner and was always willing to help coordinate  with contractors and inspector. he sent me daily updates including pictures of the work in process. With all the difficulties I encountered ,I felt Dominick was "on my side" so to speak. The process went very smoothly thanks to Dominick. I was told by the mold inspector that the job was very well done and we passed inspection the very first time, to my relief! When it came time to put all back together one of the contractors told me the job had been done  so neatly that  it would be easier and cheaper to rebuilt, which was music to my ears. I wholeheartedly recommend  Category 3 LLC.

We recently had an issue in our basement that required services from Category 3.  I called on a Sunday night after 10p and left a message.  Even though the recording indicated that messages left after 10p would be returned the next morning, I received a call from Dominick shortly after I left the message.

Dominick was there the next morning drew up an estimate and it was all history from there.  After that meeting, I knew he was the right person for the job.  He came in the next day, introduced the team he was working with and began the cleanup.  They were efficient, professional, courteous and took care to ensure that there was no mess left behind.  When he returned after 3 days to retrieve the equipment, I told him that I felt that we needed a little more drying time and he gladly complied.
